For Record Store Day 2013, The 405 headed down to Southsea on the Hampshire coast, to experience RSD from a slightly alternative perspective.
Steve Courtnell and Rob Litchfield are the owners of Pie & Vinyl that had been open for a little over a year when we paid them a visit, where the quaint store lives up to its name and sells pies, and indeed vinyl. So we immersed ourselves in Pie & Vinyl for the day, where we discussed the nature of independent record stores, HMV, pies, record stores whilst growing up, and the future of the music industry; watch our in-depth documentary here.
